Import a supplier CSV
Import one or more supplier CSVs. A new file replaces the prices for its named supplier and keeps your other suppliers. Files stay in this browser tab, are not uploaded, and disappear on reload or close.
Maximum 2 MB / 5,000 rows. Your existing CSV can use its own column names; you can match the code, description and price columns before importing.
Match your export columns
Choose the column containing your actual account price. RRP and list price are not your trade price.
What belongs in the file?
For an existing supplier CSV, choose its product code, description and price columns. Enter the supplier name and confirm currency and GST. A purchase URL and brand are optional.
The downloadable template supports extra fields including category, stock, unit, price date and power type. Imports made without a price date show the import date instead.
Categories match the search filters. Currency/country pairs: AUD/AU or NZD/NZ. Tax: included, excluded or unknown. Stock: In stock, Backorder, Sold out or Unknown.
Dates use YYYY-MM-DD. Only HTTPS supplier links are accepted. Use exports you are authorised to access.
